You just have to line by line go down the base class list and take the better when there is a duplicate. Yes, it can be done with any class combination.
I appreciate some one setting me straight and correct on it. But it was in my experience before that PCGen was not capable of it. I do NOT have hate I started this thread with an open mind and I am trying to keep an open mind. If it could be done with say Paladin/Cleric or Sorcerer/Wizard type thing then this would be very very helpful again :) If you have a PCGen hate on, take it somewhere else please.
