His passion is to help people get full justice and taking cases where most personal injury lawyers won't - to the jury. Justin hopes to keep proving insurance companies wrong and looks forward to the next trial. Justin proved them wrong by getting three times what the insurance company offered. Under this assumption, the insurance company offered very little money. The insurance company was dragging their feet and didn't think a jury would care about a person during the pandemic.

In 2020, Justin was the only lawyer to complete a jury trial and get a verdict for a client during the pandemic in Louisville, KY. The jury agreed with their unanimous verdict. Justin and the client decided the case was worth more than the offer.

The medical bills in the case were stipulated at less than $10,000, but the client had a permanent condition that would affect her for the rest of her life.
